Hi, both the courses have good opportunities. BASLP has higher scope as there are very limited professionals on this field. There is enormous demand. It is wise if you can opt for MASLP abroad which will give you a better hold of things. In countries like NZ, Australia and Canada students are also given work permit during which you can work.
