Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad admits Karnataka students through NEET-UG scores. MBBS fees: INR 60,000 (Govt Quota) INR13,00,000 (Mgmt Quota) INR 26,00,000 (NRI). At the undergraduate level, DBMCAH provides a 66-month Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program. In order to be admitted to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme at DBMCAH, candidates must have a minimum of 50.0% in their 12th grade.
In addition to having earned the specified percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined, the candidate must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent test from any recognised Board. Candidates cannot take the "National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test" if they have already completed Class 12 at an open school or as a private candidate.

Yes, even if you have done 12th with PCM from BSEB and given additional Biology exam through NIOS, you are eligible to gibe NEET Entrance Exam. NIOS and CBSE are considered as equivalent board so that makes you completely eligible for NEET Exam.

No, it won't affect your admission as far as you scored 45% in PCB and your total is 65%. So these grace marks won't cause you any trouble. You can easily get admission in B.Sc Nursing at AIIMS if you crack the entrance exam.
