No, students are not allowed to change colleges after completing the first year of MBBS due to the new Graduate Medical Education Regulations-2023. These regulations state that students cannot migrate to any other medical institution.
The previous rule allowed students to migrate if they were physically challenged, had a serious illness, or their parents were transferred to a distant town.

Government Ayurvedic Medical College - BAMS fees of this college is 1.2 Lakhs.
SDM college:- BAMS fees of this college is 1.2-2.5 Lacs per year.

No, it is not possible to get into North Bengal Medical College at 28460 rank via NEET UG. To secure a seat at the institute, candidates need to acquire a rank below or equal to the NEET UG cutoff. Considering the North Bengal Medical College cutoff 2024, the last round cutoff rank stood at 15433 for the MBBS course under General AI category.
