No, direct admission is not available to the Government Dental College and Research Institute (GDCRI) in Bangalore:
Admission process
Admission to GDCRI is based on NEET entrance exam scores.
Other eligibility criteria:
Candidates must pass the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG)
They must be at least 17 years old by December 31st in the year of admission
They must have scored at least 50% in their 12th-grade examinations
They must have scored at least 50% in physics, chemistry, biology, and English individually.
They must complete the online counseling registration process after passing the NEET-UG exam.

You can join the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre through the management quota, even if you haven't taken the NEET exam.
The college allows students who have passed the NEET exam to get direct admission through the management quota or NRI quota.
Other entry requirements for the BAMS programme at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre include:
Passing Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board
Obtaining a specified percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
