The applications of UP CPET exam are submitted online through the official portal. Students are advised to first register, followed by providing personal and academic details, uploading of documents, and at last paying of the application fees as per their category.

Applicants who want to fill the application form of UP CPET must know the exam centre list as it will help them to reach the exam centre on time and without too much difficulty. According to last year official notification there were a total of 19 UP CPET exam centre cities which students can fill in their application form.

Students who want to participate in
the UP CPET exam must know that there are different age-wise as well as educational eligibility criteria. The minimum age limit for admission is 17 years on or before December 31, 2026.
While for BSc Paramedical courses in SGPGIMS, Lucknow, the maximum age limit is 30 years as on December 31, 2026. For other Institutes, there is no Maximum age limit.

Getting admission into a PhD programme involves a different eligibility criteria in different Universities. But, if talk about common eligibility then it is :-
* Master's Degree: Most PhD programs require a master's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum GPA: A minimum GPA is often required, usually around 5.0 or higher.
