No BSc is not a requirement for one to be enrolled for Physiotherapy.
Since this is an undergraduate program, no bachelor's degree is explicitly required. basic eligibility for admission to BPT course is passing Class 12 with a Science stream, securing at least 50%, and studied at least a PCB combination.

No physiotherapists are not called doctors because they do not have MD or MBBS.

They are not medical doctors who give medicine and do surgery. They only treat where there is inabiltiy in movement.

To be a doctor, one needs to do MBBS and/or MD.

No a BHMS doctor cannot prescribe allopathy medicine.
Homeopathy is an alternative medicine that makes use of highly diluted substances for body's healing response.
But allopathy represents conventional system of medicine that is generally followed by doctors of modern medicine.

Yes, you can definitely pursue MD after BHMS.

It is possible to do specialisation in an area of Medicine through MD courses. Specialization can bring deepening of knowledge and particular skill development in a specific field such as Pediatrics, Dermatology, or Psychiatry. Having a degree in MD opens more career opportunities than with just a BHMS.

These popular countries include Germany, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand for Nursing courses.
Each of these countries has various advantages, such as ultramodern facilities, including various clinical experiences and skill-building practices for international students.

I don't think you can get admission to any Government college with four thirty marks, I am saying this by assuming you as a general category student if you are from SC/ST Category you can give it a try by filling counselling form. You can go with Government College Karur, Goverment College Kannauj, Himachal Pradesh Medical College, Shimla and many more. But if you are from general category you can go with private college or deemed college with managemnt quota. If you want to know more you can visit official site of shiksha.
