You should practice in India after PG but you will have to qualify a test organized by MCI to practice as a doctor in India. Yes, you are correct you can go head with this.

Yes, it is good but if you want to practice in India, you will have to pass a test conducted by MCI.

With 138 marks, it is just impossible to get an MBBS seat, even if you are an NRI
Try next time or do other courses.
