Seat in a government college for MBBS through NEET requires a cut off more than 400 marks dear. Unfortunately, with this score an MBBS seat in a government college doesn't seem likely. Thank you.

You are required to sit for the exam on the very date it has to be held. That's how entrance exams take place. They are not repeated. You keep on revising and write the test on 2nd itself.
