Hospital Managers do not earn as well as doctors. You should go for MD/MS instead from a good Indian/foreign university.

For MBBS admission, you will have to give NEET entrance exam and another exams which are conducted by respective universities. So, you cannot take direct admission. You have to give entrance.

Hello,
MBBS is the best amongst all the three. When you graduate as a doctor, there is nothing like unemployment. Doctors are self-employed. You can open your clinic or get job in hospital, whenever you want. Physiotherapy is also in demand these days and physiotherapists make a lot of money.
