Phillipines, Russia, Ukraine and China are generally the top destinations for Indian Student who seek MBBS abroad. They offer MBBS courses at affordable rate. But beware that you cannot practice in India with MBBS from these countries. You have to clear the exam specified by MCI to practice in India.

Hi,
Linguistic minority quota means that if you are in Mumbai the main language, they consider will be Marathi and Hindi will come in minority. It is applied for those who are the outsiders.

As per the Medical Council of India, any Indian student who has completed his/her MBBS from a foreign country has to appear and clear MCI screening test in order to practice in India. This examination is conducted twice in a year and there is no cap for appearing in this examination.

I think the score is a little low. Plus, physiotherapy is also not included in NEET. As per my knowledge, you need to give a separate entrance or apply for it separately in the college of your choice.

I doubt if you have actually qualified the NEET but since you have reservation, which is a very big plus point, you might be able to make it. Just keep following the counselling process and try every college that considers NEET.
