Hi Pranav,
As you have not mentioned you category, I will give my answer according to general category. Actually, it is very difficult to get an admission in mechanical engineering in VIT Pune with this score. Because, the cut off goes very high every year for this branch. Still you can fill the form and try.

Hello Vikas, I think you will agree with me that your marks in the exam are a bit on the lower level. But I don't think Thakur college is minority institute. If it is then 50% seats are reserved for their community. I would definitely say, choose a college through MHCET because BITS, Dubai is a bit expensive as well as the rankings and quality of education are not so good. So, I would suggest going with colleges under MHCET. Hope this helps!
