The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

Your candidature is falling under Type-B, you have to fill the MHTCET form because you are not exempted from the entrance exam.

For any SIOM college one has to give Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). Then you have to apply for SIOM and shortlisted candidates get call letter through E-mail for GD-WAT-PI.
