With 78% in MHTCET you may or may not get government pharmacy college depending upon cutoff for every year and specific college. A score of 137 is likely to be low, and this might not get you into government colleges that rank higher who tend to have harder cutoffs. The cut-off to get admission in B.Tech in Food Technology in any reputated college in Maharashtra is 84%ile score.
