Biology is a branch of Science which deals with both macroscopic and microscopic organisms while Microbiology (tells by name too) is a sub branch of Biology which deals with just microscopic organism. If you study Biology in a course/degree you will study Zoology and botany too in addition to microbiology.

Hi,
Well, Placement is good but my suggestion is to go for higher studies after B.Sc. You get more opportunities after Master's degree.
