Both are equally good, and it totally depended on your own caliber. M.Sc. Micro biology leads to employ in R&D, Pharma industries, Food and dairy, quality control department. M.Sc. Biotech leads to employ in Agriculture business, Pharma, QA/QC sector, R&D, Clinical Research etc. , in india. M.Sc. Biotech has huge scope than M.Sc. Micro biology. All the best for your future. Thank you.

For admission into the M.Sc. Microbiology, universities may conduct their own written entrance examinations. Career Prospects
Those who complete a Ph.D. and/or Post-Doctoral studies after getting scholarships through GRE or TOEFL may find microbiology jobs at foreign universities or Research and Development (R&D) wings of major pharmaceutical companies. Research opportunities in urban disease control, formulation research, clinical research, analytical development and new drug development are exploding too, with major companies investing in R&D. One can always teach, though its advantageous to have a doctorate for such a path

It totally depends on your interest. While biology is the study of living beings as a whole, microbiology is concentrated on microscopic organisms. Some programs may allow specializations in your degree such as industrial, environmental, or medical microbiology. M.F.Sc. Or Master of Fisheries Science is a fisheries Science course that aims to provide an integrated picture of the fisheries sector. It is a multidisciplinary Science programme that involves the study of disciplines such as oceanography, marine biology, ecology, marine conservation, population dynamics, etc.
