Yes, there are other criteria for students whose domicile is not Haryana. According to the NIT Kurukshetra website, 50% of the seats are reserved for candidates who belong to Haryana state. The remaining 50% seats are filled through the All India Quota (AIQ) which is based on the JEE Main scores.

Yes, if you will be completing your 12th standard and CLAT exam next year, you will be eligible to apply for LL.B. (3 years) at MIT WPU, Pune provided you meet the eligibility criteria for the course. The eligibility criteria for LL.B. (3 years) at MIT WPU, Pune are as follows:
