To be eligible for MIT-WPU B.Tech programs, candidates must meet the following criteria:

For B.Tech programs, candidates should have a minimum of 50% aggregate score in PCM/PCB or Physics & Mathematics with any Technical Vocational Subject in 10+2/Class 12th, with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/Biotechnology or Biology/Technical Vocational Courses. Additionally, a minimum of 50% aggregate score in Class 12th/HSC is required.

To be considered for admission at MIT-WPU, candidates must take the MIT-WPU entrance exam. The majority of MIT-WPU admissions are based on the results of the MIT-WPU CET, a national-level/state-level entrance exam. After taking the entrance exam, students must also participate in the university-level selection rounds for final admission. The candidates needs to clear Class 12 and graduation with atleast 60% marks. The selection will be done on the entrance exams basis.

Yes, there are other criteria for students whose domicile is not Haryana. According to the NIT Kurukshetra website, 50% of the seats are reserved for candidates who belong to Haryana state. The remaining 50% seats are filled through the All India Quota (AIQ) which is based on the JEE Main scores.
