Most probably yes. The major admissions in B.Tech in MITWPU are done through the MHT CET while the remaining through the JEE Main. So keeping yours 12th marks and JEE Main score in consideration, you have very good chances of admission here.

Yes, you are eligible for admission directly in second year in the respective branch. In some of the colleges, eligibility criteria depends upon your percentage.
