Hi, Yes, you can pursue but for that you have to crack an entrance exam of it, and prepare it by Reading newspapers, watch news, practice reasoning, grammar and general knowledge. Either buy a book which covers all the above syllabus, or you can prepare from All India Exams online:

Hi,
50% is mainly required to clear the entrance exam and to get the admission in Masters. In your Graduation as well, you have to clear with minimum 50%. Only then, you will be able to sit for the entrance.

As per the information available on the internet, you can refer to the course studied at your graduation level as it will be good enough for you to prepare for the entrance exam. The questions are generally from the topic already covered at your UG Level.
