MAH-CET exam scores are considered to be valid for MMS (Masters of management studies) by those who belong to Maharashtra and are a domiciled candidate of Maharashtra. But even if you belong to other states then you may apply at SIMSREE through other exams which are CAT or CMAT as well through All India Quota . So, MAH- CET is enough for getting into SIMSREE if you are a domiciled candidate of Maharashtra.

Yes, in general, you can change your college from one to another for MMS in your second year. This can be done via migration facility. However, different colleges have different protocols with respect to migration. Thus, it is advisable to confirm with your respective institutes as well as migration involves your college approval as well.

Kohinoor Management School (KBS) provides challenging and rewarding MMS programs and its quite hard to get in to this college.

The admission process involves shortlisting candidates based on scores from exams like MAH-CET, CMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT, and MMS CET followed by GD and PI rounds. Students also need a minimum of 50% overall marks (5% relaxation for reserved categories).
