The admissions at IIFT Kolkata is entrance based and not merit based. The entrance test for the admission is IIFT entrance test which is conducted by the NTA.
The cutoff for the CAT examination is about 60 percentile. The students are should be with an minimum aggregation of 50 percentage in the under graduation course.

The admissions at IIMC, Kottayam are merit-based. The candidates who have qualified the online IIMC entrance exam conducted by NTA are eligible to apply for the admission.
