Dr.D.Y.patil B school offers both entrance based as well as the merit based.
- In terms of entrance based we can say that it considers the entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT etc. Through any one exam one can get the admission.
- In terms of merit based too it offers admission. Minimum 50% is required in previous examination for admission.
- So we can say that the institute offers both merit as well as the entrance based admissions.

Admissions in SRM university Vadapalani are based on entrance basis not on merit basis.
It conducts its official entrance exam SRMJEEE ( SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam)-

For admission in Ganpat University you must have to complete your 12th with minimum 40%+ marks and clear entrance like GUJCET, GATE, JEE or CMAT. Ganpat University Entrance Exams 2023

The admission at AIIMS Bhubaneswar is entrance based. If you want to get admission in AIIMS Bhubaneswar you must have a good score in AIIMS MBBS entrance examination. The exam is held every year in the month May. There are many others private and semi-govt colleges where you can get admission on the merit based. You should definitely try once for them if you want direct admission based on your class 12th marks.
