The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry as an autonomous body. The IIFT is accredited by AACSB with A+ Grade by NAAC. The scholarship will be given to 10% of the students admitted in the regular programs. The scholarship amount will be 20% of the Tuition fee for all. It will be granted to those students who complete their full-time programme from IIFT and whose family income from all sources is less than INR 8 Lacs per annum. The upper ceiling of INR 8 Lacs is subject to revision. The scholarship will be disbursed to the students after the successful completion of the programme i.e. MBA (IB), MBA (BA), and MA (Eco.). IPM students will get the scholarship after completing their BBA and MBA. If the amount of the scholarship is less, then the balance amount will be payable.

The total fee for MBA in International Business at IIFT Kolkata is INR 20.97 lakh. This fee is inclusive of components, namely tuition, library, internet, medical insurance, course material, hostel charges (for double occupancy, boarding charges, students and alumni activity. The students of SC, ST and PWD categories are given 50% concession in the tuition fee. If the student opts for single or triple occupancy accommodation, the aforementioned fee will vary.
