Admissions at DY Patil Global Business School is entrance-based. There are no direct admissions offered at this institute.

Eligibilty Criteria:

• This institute accept scores of entrance exams like MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA, AIET. Candidate should get the required cut off score to make him or her eligible for selection.
• Candidate should have atleast 50% aggregate marks in Undergraduation (atleast 45% for reserved category students).

The students shortlisted on the basis of the scores in these qualifying exams are called for further rounds where they are screened for final selection.

25% weightage is given to the entrance exam score, 30% weightage is given to past academic records, and 45% weightage is given to the Group Discussion (GD)/ Extempore (ET) and Personal Interview for final selection.

Note: The cut off score of MAT and other qualifying exams is subject to change for DY Patil Global Business School.

A variety of undergraduate and graduate hotel management courses are offered at Gurdaspur's Institute of Hotel Management (IHM). Candidates seeking admission may apply online; admittance is determined on merit. Once the institute issues the merit list of selected students for the 1.5-year Diploma programme in Food Production, the admissions procedure will start. The NCHMCT JEE is the entrance examination for the Bachelor of Science programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. English must be taken in class 12 in any stream from an approved board in order to be eligible. The selection method for diplomas is merit-based, and the prerequisite is a class 12 Diploma in any stream from an accredited board with English as one of the subjects.
