The admissions for UG courses at institute of Hotel Management, kovalam are entrance-based while the admissions for Diploma courses are merit-based.
Entrance-based means the admissions are based on students entrance exam score while merit-based means the admissions are based on students merit (12th) score/marks.
In entrance-based may or may not consider merit score because it's depends on universities.
