Yes you may get admission but you have to wait till the end of counselling as the percentile is good but not enough. Hopefully you will get admission. Enroll and follow up on the results.

HU Rank: It is your rank from the university within which you have given your CET exam. Example, Mumbai University/Pune University, etc. colleges that fall under a certain university will have around 70% seats reserved for students with the same HU like COEP will have 70% reservation for Pune students, 30% for other state students.
