25% is the minimum cut off for qualifying in TS EAMCET. Which means even if you score 40 marks, you will qualify in TS EAMCET. But mere qualifying doesn't get you a seat.

You have got a better rank in ICET exam, and you can get admission in good college. The selection of college is based upon your preference in online counceling.
