Dear Rohit , its difficult to say a single college as a Top college,some are good for their course designed, some are goof for the faculties , some are good in infra, some in placement , some in - intime course completion . Hence to judge you need to visit the place personally and decide.

Multimedia, mass communication and photography are three different streams. There is no college which provides you all these three courses in the same program. Multimedia is a part of animation, which can only be done if you pursue animation course. Mass communication and photography can be done together as photography is a part of mass communication.
So, decide what do you want to pursue.

You can simply looking for animation jobs to start your career.
Experience gathering is important in any filed because production environment is much more different what we are taught.
