Have you appeared for any competitive examination? As to get into any management college you have to write an exam to be eligible.

It is going to be difficult for you to get into XIMR even through minority via CAP rounds. Last year, they stopped at 90 percentile. You could however apply through ILS. Also, XIMR considers CET scores before any other scores.
