Then, there is a decent chance for MMS in good college.
Otherwise for PGDM, you have a good score but most of the good colleges end up their admission process.

With merely 3.33% marks, I don't think you will get any good colleges, try for management quota seats if you still looking forward for engineering.

Theoretically, it's possible to change University. But, it involves lot of procedure. You first begin by asking your present college about the procedure and then make a beginning.

SP Jain considers your entire profile certifications, social work, work-ex/internship and not just your academic scores while shortlisting for the further interview rounds. So, only if you've a very good profile, you can expect getting a call.

Both are good institutes and getting an equal number of placements too. Both institutes are in the same rank that exists. Therefore, whichever you get, you join.

the admissions at VIT is based only on their entrance exam called VITEEE and not on CET. So only if you have a rank below 20000 you can get your desired course and also at a basic fee at VIT University.
