Hello Maqsood,
You seems to be unable to go beyond 60 marks. With only 60 out if 200, it would be tough to get admission in a college of your dreams, but I feel you will get admission in an average college.

You will get only third rated college. C grade institute who does not have infrastructure and placement. You can earn a degree, but have to get job on your own. F
Few of the institutes are Saraswati Education Society's, Saraswati College of Engineering, Kharghar Navi Mumbai.

When you choose PG Diploma, you get the knowledge about everything, but it is a quick process. But, when you do the Master's Degree in it, everything falls into the time. Both, are fine to be done. Also, if you want to go for PG Diploma, you can try for IIMC Delhi. They have this one year program.
