Diploma is programme to develop skill. Hence it is better to do it in classroom environment. However for some reason you can not do it then I am giving link for colleges around Mumbai.

Pune is considered as hub of culture and education in Maharashtra. It is also cheaper here compared with Mumbai. My advise, therefore, would be to select Pune.

As per Pharmacy Council of India, B.Pharma programme is only possible in regular mode with their affiliated colleges.
