To be eligible for admission in XIMR, you would have to appear for the MHCET 2017 exam. Once you have secured a score, you will have to apply to the college through DTE prescribed CAP rounds or directly to the college for institute level seats.
As far as I know, the procedure is similar for other colleges offering MMS. For PGDM, the process varies for each institute. I think, among the top colleges KJ Somaiya and Welingkar take applications based on CMAT. You will have to look at their past cut offs for a better picture.

First of all, there is no such specific specialisation in MBA as you mentioned so if you really want to make career in taxation, go for CA not MBA as specialisations in MBA are

By now I hope you must be already studying in some college. Diploma is to be done based on the marks of class 10th. How much you score in HSC, CET and JEE Mains is immaterial.
