Hi Saleha,
To be eligible for admission in XIMR, you would have to appear for the MHCET 2017 exam. Once you have secured a score, you will have to apply to the college through DTE prescribed CAP rounds or directly to the college for institute level seats.
As far as I know, the procedure is similar for other colleges offering MMS. For PGDM, the process varies for each institute. I think, among the top colleges KJ Somaiya and Welingkar take applications based on CMAT. You will have to look at their past cut offs for a better picture.
I hope this helps.

Dear student,
First of all, there is no such specific specialisation in MBA as you mentioned so if you really want to make career in taxation, go for CA not MBA as specialisations in MBA are
finance
marketing
operations
international business
Now, coming to the best business schools in Mumbai:
JBIMS
SIMSREE
KJ Somaiya
P.L Welinkar
S.P Jain
All the best.

I think, atleast a 98 percentile would give a chance for MMS. With a 97.47 percentile, admission in MMS is very difficult.

Hello Abhijit,
By now I hope you must be already studying in some college. Diploma is to be done based on the marks of class 10th. How much you score in HSC, CET and JEE Mains is immaterial.

For Open, expect a cut-off of some 190 minimum for the first round. However the cut-off scores depend upon many factors
Your Caste
Difficulty level of the paper: Every year the histogram of marks scored by all the candidates appearing the test will have some variation. Expect the average to be as less as possible for the cut-off to go down.
Timeline of admission process for NITs and IITs: As generally most of the students getting an admission to NITs and IITs will score pretty well in CET, they are always there to grab a seat in VJTI/COEP if the admission to NITs/IITs start after this process.
