Private colleges have regular interaction with company through seminar, fest and CEO meet. So, they use this kind of link to call the companies for campus placement.
There is a good placement record of these colleges:
SP Jain Institute of Management and Research
NMIMS University
Jamnalal Bajaj Institue of Management Studies
Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research
And for further record, you can check from respective college.

That's great congratulations. Yea you can go ahead and join this institute as you will expose yourself to a complete different environment as compared to other colleges. The professors, the teaching method, competitions, will develop you overall. UBS is around an hour and half drive from Bombay.

There are huge opportunities in this space. Look at the areas where India faces a problem, some of which I will list below:
1. Making our students employable - many of our educational institutions provide education which unfortunately has not been designed to the needs of the industry that provides those jobs.
There are many more. In many of these there are governmental nodal bodies that help with finance if you are willing to do it but you need to be prepared to deal with all the issues one faces when dealing with the government. If you decide not to use the government help please remember you will compete with government funde

Class 10th percentage has no relation with admission in IIT. 12th percentage must be greater than 75% to qualify for giving JEE. Depending on your JEE All india Rank colleges are alloted. All the branches at IIT Bombay close around 4000 AIR. So one must have AIR under 4000 to get IIT Bombay.

AIMS Bangalore and BIMM Pune along with SIES Mumbai are good colleges in terms of placement, because of the close proximity to MNC hub.

There is no exact cut off for any colleges. It keeps on changing every year. It is decided, once all the candidates submit their applications. The application forms will be assessed on the basis of overall profile, extracurricular activities, work experience, motivation, clarity, ideas, enthusiasm and their national level test scores.

You've got a great work experience, don't waste it. I would suggest you to prepare for CAT and go for good coaching classes if required. Try until you succeed. If you can work simultaneously while preparing, that would be great but still I would say that go for the exam. With CAT, you can get a good college as well as a good package. Best of luck.
