Hi, yes the expensive fees charged by private schools is a big issue. Businessman or people in high paying jobs can afford it but middle class families cannot. I do not know how much importance you will give to my advise. But, I have a good suggestion for you to teach your nephew in CBSE board at reasonable cost. You can consider Kendriya Vidyalayas ( KV's ) also called Central schools. To know complete list please refer these links :

Transfer from one university to another is not possible. You may have to appear for entrance exam and secure merit If you are studying in the University Campus. If you are a student of an affiliated college, you may take TC and seek admission in another private college under Mumbai University in Management quota also. Any way you will have to repeat first year if you are moving from one university to another.

Yes Mumbai University does have various courses in script writing, such as: -Certificate Course in Screenwriting -Diploma in Screenwriting etc. Screenwriting, also called scriptwriting, is the art and craft of writing scripts for mass media such as feature films, television productions or video games. It is frequently a freelance profession.
