As answered earlier, you will not be eligible for MA in music after completing BA in English literature. However, if you wish to know about the institutes I can help you with the same.

Sorry, you won't be eligible to do MA in music as for this course, you either need to have graduation degree in music or music as one of the subject studied in graduation from a recognized university.

I would suggest you to go for a certification or short-term course rather than going for PG Diploma. There are practically very limited opportunities in the field of music.

I would suggest you to go for a certification or short-term course as you have already completed your graduation.

You can join a BA in music wherein you are taught about the various musical instruments.

For Bachelors in music production, you need to have knowledge of production techniques, audio recording, and music software design. Not having any idea about the music can be a bit problem in understanding various techniques.
