2-Pass the 10+3 Diploma Exam with a minimum grade of 50 percent and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria that is 55% marks in BSc or qualifying degree and 50 % marks in qualifying exam.
Then cutoff will depend on factors like number of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.

Mysore university in karnataka is public state University which offers Msc in chemistry through entrance only. Maximum marks in entrance is 50. If you score more than 30, you can get admission. If you score around 25, you may get admission in second allotment

There is no particular entrance examination, however, academic institutions such as NIMS and several public universities hold a Common Entrance Test (CET) to short list aspirants. Applicants must have completed their intermediate with a base level of 45 percent 50 percent in examinations, with Biology or Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics as required subjects. Few colleges also provide the course to 10th class qualified students with a 50 percent accumulation. There is no specific age limit set for the DMLT admissions by any Indian Institute.
