After downloading NABARD Grade A admit card, candidates should check the details carefully. In case of any error, they should inform the examination authority for correction. New admit card will be issued to candidates.

No, the NABARD admit card will be released online. Candidates have to provide the required credentials to download their admit cards. It is important to carry the printed copy of their admit cards along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre.

Candidates need to carry any one of the following identity proof along with NABARD Grade A admit card: 

1. PAN Card
2. Passport
3. Permanent driving license
4. Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook
5. Photo identity proof issued by a gazetted officer
6. Identity card issued by a recognised college/university

NABARD Grade A 2024 prelims admit card was released on August 26. The last date to download the admit card was September 1, 2024. Candidates who applied for the exam can download their admit cards by logging with the required credentials. The hard copy of the admit card has not been sent to candidates by post. Candidates need to carry the printed copy of their admit cards along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre.

NABARD Grade B Officers are eligible for promotions after giving different departmental exams and interview. Candidates get managerial promotions based on their performance within the bank. The hierarchy of posts beginning from the Manager rank is mentioned below:

• Director

Some of the roles and responsibilities for NABARD Grade B Managers include:

• They are responsible for developing & maintaining cordial relationships with customers
• They are supposed to develop & approve bank loans.
• They look after all the accounting procedures followed by the bank.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the office and its employees
• Monitoring several projects simultaneously.
• They are responsible for coordinating with other departments & work on inter-departmental assignments.

Candidates selected through NABARD Grade B are liable to be posted and transferred anywhere in India. The working environment at NABARD is enlightened, cooperative, and purely bureaucratic. Appointed candidates are supposed to work five days a week, the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are off. Employees usually work in fixed office timings, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Yes, candidates selected through NABARD Grade B exam get a pension by the defined contribution to the New Pension Scheme (NPS) in addition to the benefits of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
