NABARD Grade B syllabus for Mains consists of three papers. Paper 1 will consist of a Descriptive English paper where you will be required to write an essay, letter, report, comprehension and paragraph. Paper 2 will be objective + descriptive consisting of Economic & Social Issues and Agriculture and Rural Development where you will have to study the rural areas of India. Paper 3 will also be an objective + descriptive consisting of questions from Development Economics, Statistics, Finance & Management.

NABARD Grade B selection process comprises prelims exam, Mains and interview. Candidates qualifying the prelims exam are called for the Mains exam. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted for the final merit list. The final selection of candidates is done based on the Mains exam and interview.
