If you are general candidate, then no. Work harder, try to get at least 98.5 percentile to stand a decent chance to get into one of the NITs, IIEST or B.Plan in SPAs and MANIT.
You can try for different private and semi-private colleges. There are plenty of Architecture colleges apart from NITs and SPAs which are good in their own right.

This commonly called as the "college of fire engineering", even though located in Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra, comes under the category of centrally funded technical institutes and as a result admissions are based on the performance in JEE Mains examination. The date for applying for the second round of this examination had just closed and it would be unfortunate if you have not appeared for this examination in the first round or in the second round. JB, This program is not available at G.H. Raisoni Polytechnic, Nagpur. However Diploma in Fire engineering full-time course of 2-years of duration is available here.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot say with surety whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.
