If 39026 is your SC rank then you cannot get the admission but if that is your general rank and you come under SC category then you have fair chances.

It's great. NIT, Rourkela is best for core branches. NIT-RKL is not that awesome for CSE and you must prefer other NITs for CSE.

At least, you need to score 100 marks for NIT, Rourkela mechanical branch if you belong to the SC category.
