Hi,
It actually depends solely on your interest and place of residence but if you would go by institute then chemical engineering at NIT-Warangal is better. However, if you don't prefer chemical then I would suggest EE in NIT-Raipur.
I would suggest you to refer the syllabus of both the disciplines. Whichever you are interested in learning, you go ahead with that one.
NIT-Rourkela is also doing good enough so you can surely join there as it gives a very good scope for students in extracurricular activities and study is also extraordinary. Moreover, it has a nice curriculum with awesome placements and a good package.
It has some good profes

Just as I have been dealing with each and every question related to foreign placements, a college can only play a small part in fetching you a foreign placement by attracting some of the foreign companies to their college during the placement season, but they are just a few in number.
Other than that, considering the multinational companies, their decision to make you work at which job location is based on many internal factors, although they do give your option a little preference.
The factors being, vacancy in the job location of your choice, the projects going on at the job location that matches your profile and the company's requir

Hello,
The ECE branch is one of the best branches in NIT-R with a wide scope of placement and vivid access to different kinds of research laboratories. With the increasing scope of training and placement centre in NIT-Rourkela, we can expect a significant thrust in these figures very soon.
Regards.

Hello,
The placements of NIT-Rkl CSE are really decent. Talking about the department, it has ample laboratories to enhance your knowledge. NIT has extended their placement cell to Bhubaneshwar in order to have airport connectivity with big IT Firms related to Computer Science Engineering.

Hello,
The placements of NIT-Rourkela, mining department is really commendable in terms of placements and curriculum, where as on the other hand, VSSUT-Burla CSE is not extraordinary and promises just one mass recruiter and handful of IT companies. Still I would say if you have interest in CSE, then go for it because interest should be prioritized more than any other factor.
Regards.

Hello,
The placements of NIT-Rourkela for M.Tech biomedical are quite decent. Many analytics and coaching institutes recruit from our college. Talking about the department, it has ample laboratories to enhance your knowledge but only a handful of core companies visit for campus selection. On the contrary, NIT-Rourkela is extending its placement premises to Bhubaneshwar in order to have an airport connectivity with Big Core Firms related to biomedical engineering.

Hello Pritish,
As per your rank and closing rank of 6th round, your chances are slim for mining branch in 7th round. So, better if you find any backup, don't rely on NIT-Rourkela.
