No, the application fees are not refundable at NPGC Lucknow after the deposit has been made. Students enrolled in NPGC Lucknow may however; request a refund on semester fees within 7 working days of the deposit, this service is not available to students who may have failed their semester exams.

The applications forms for NPGC Lucknow admission were released on March 3, 2025 for all courses. However, the last dates are dependent upon the specific course with UG and Professional courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BAJMC, BCom (H), BVoc (All) and MVoc (All) being July 9, 2025. Whereas for PG courses the last date of application is August 14, 2025.

NPGC Lucknow offers only online-mode of applications with prospective candidates having to apply for either the College Admission Test, LUACCET or LUACMAT depending on their preferred course. Candidates must apply for either entrance exam through the official college admission portal (admission.npgc.in). After appearing for the entrance exams candidates can check their results on the same portal by clicking on “View Entrance Result” button.

During NPGC Lucknow admission a candidate should have the following documents on hand:
1. Pass Certificate and marksheet of 10+12 or equivalent examinations.
2. Marksheet of last examination passed.
3. Character Certificate from head of last institute candidate passed from.
4. Attested copy of Caste certificate/CMO.
5. Transfer Certificate.

NPGC Lucknow course admissions for PG courses such as MCom does not have an associated entrance exam. Instead, a merit-list will be generated from an aggregate of the candidates' Marks scored in High School, Intermediate and Graduation. The candidate will be allocated a seat based of their rank on the merit-list and competition.

No, NPGC Lucknow offers its campus and services as a distance learning center for IGNOU and UPRTOU however it does not have any Online/Distance-learning courses of its own at present. Candidates may apply for its various full time and physical courses however if they reside in Lucknow or are capable of commuting to campus.

No, NPGC Lucknow currently does not offer any form of direct admission in any of its programmes. Interested candidates must meet the course specific eligibility requirements, and then appear for the College Admission Test depending on the course-specific requirement and seat allocation. After which a merit-list will be generated and seats shall be allocated to determine admission.

Including specialty, contractual and permanent faculty members at NPGC Lucknow there are a total of 21 PhD holders in the Arts department, 6 in Commerce department, 15 in the Science department, 6 in Management department, 1 in the Computer Science department, 1 in the Journalism and Mass Communication department and 5 in the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra Department.

Yes, NPGC Lucknow in addition to sports facilities and equipment also has a full-fledged faculty team for sports and physical Education who are tasked with guiding and training students alongside hosting/organising various inter-degree collegiate sports activities, competitions, tournaments and events. Special self-defense training is also provided to girl students.
