You can join Indian Navy as an officer after +2 by appearing for NDA entrance examination conducted by UPSC. Eligibility criteria for Indian Navy is PCM at +2 stage from a recognised board. There are other means of joining Navy as an officer also. Please refer to:

In order to become Merchant Navy officer, you are advised to appear for Joint Admission Test conducted by Indian Maritime University(IMU). You can opt for B.Sc Nautical Science or B.Tech in marine engineering. You may refer to IMU website for further details.

You are advised to take science stream to become a naval officer. You may appear for NDA exam conducted by the UPSC to become a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy. You may appear for the Joint Admission Test conducted by the Indian Maritime University to become a merchant navy officer. Both Indian Navy and merchant naval are equally good. If you want to serve the nation, you may join Indian Navy and if you want to earn more then you may join the merchant navy.

You are advised to appear for CDS examination conducted by UPSC to join Indian Army as an officer.

Indian Navy hires engineering graduates for a majority of their branches. Therefore, you may not be eligible to join Indian Navy as a BBA graduate. JEE score is not used by admission in Merchant Navy colleges. If you want to join Merchant Navy, you are advised to appear for JAT conducted by Indian Maritime University. JEE score will be used by Indian Navy for selection in technical branch first time this year. Without historical data, it's difficult to predict what JEE score will be required for selection in Indian Navy in 2017.
