Hi Adarsh,
You can apply through CDSE entry. CDSE is an exam conducted by UPSC twice, every year. The training is conducted in AFA, and then the candidate is moved to the specialized flying training establishment. This entry too is meant for all the three forces, just like NDA. The exam consists three papers consisting of General awareness, English and Mathematics. A Graduate (Three Year Course), in any discipline from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) is eligible for the exam.

Hello Rishav
It totally depend upon the age limit set by NDA for students to appear in the exam. The age range for NDA is 2nd July 1999 to 2nd July 2002. The actual date of birth mentioned in your matriculation certificate will be taken as final. So, if your age came in this limit then you are eligible for appearing in this exam.

Hi Nirmal!
In order to take admission in National College of Media and Communication for sound engineering, you should have cleared your class 12th from a recognized board of education in any stream. You can directly connect with the Institute for admission. There is no cut-off for this course.

It is never a bad idea to try for NDA. Being a defense person is a matter of great honor and respect. If you seriously want to consider a career in defense, you need to appear for NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice a year. The exam consists mathematics and general ability questions, which will determine your further admission process. To be eligible for NDA, you should have completed your 10+2 from a recognized board of education in any stream. Apart from that, you should be maximum 19 years of age while applying.

Paper 2 of NDA entrance exam is the General Ability Test which carries a maximum of 600 marks.
Break-up of marks:
1) Part A (English)- 200 marks
2) Part B- General Knowledge- 400 marks
a) Physics Section- 100 marks
b) Chemistry section-60 marks
c) General Science-40 marks
d) Social studies-80 marks
e) Geography-80 marks
f) Current events-40 marks

To join National Defence Academy, a candidate must appear in the entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi, twice a year. Applicants should have passed 12th Class with physics and maths from a recognised board of education like CBSE, ICSE or equivalent examination organized by a State Education Board or a university.
