The National Defence Academy, commonly known as NDA is a national exam conducted by the UPSC for admission to the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The exam is divided into two sections: Math and General Ability test (GAT). A total of 270 questions are asked in the exam out of which 120 questions will be asked from the Maths section and the other 150 from GAT. The General Ability Test section will comprise the following subjects: History, GK, Current affairs of National and International Events, English, Science and Geography. If you're planning to give NDA exam then you should be through with Class 10, 11 and 12 syllabus.

On June 14, 2022, the Agneepath recruitment system was unveiled, giving young people the chance to enlist as Agniveers for a four-year term in the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. Through Agneepath recruiting, candidates can join the armed forces between the ages of 17.5 and 21. One the other hand, the Union Public Service Commission administers the NDA Exam twice a year to qualified applicants who wish to enlist in the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Naval Academy.
