Hello dear, NDA stands for National Defense Academy, the training institute for the cadets of the 3 defense lines of India (Army, Air Force, Navy). At the same time, the NDA exam is the whole selection process to find suitable candidates for the academy to train there and join their respective academies. This exam is conducted twice a year and contains a written test and an interview. Candidates should have studied up to 12th Class and passed the 10+2 pattern of School Education with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. Note - Candidates who will appear for the board exams this year are eligible to appear for the exam. NDA Educational Qualifications - For Army Wing - Pass Certificate in 10+2 exam For Air Force and Naval Wings - Passing Certification of Class 12th exam with Physics and Mathematics. The National Defence Academy NDA is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academies for further pre-commissioning training. National Defence Academy or NDA is one of the most sought-after defence entrance exams in the country. The exam is conducted for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). NDA is conducted twice a year in two stages: written exam and SSB Interview. UPSC prepares a list of candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written exam. Such candidates are called for SSB Interview for Intelligence and Personality Test. CDS stands for Combined Defence Services exam. It is a national-level examination held annually to recruit eligible young individuals for various armed forces throughout India.
