The NEET score of 534 together with your VK category classification gives you an admission opportunity at MBBS self-financed colleges in Kerala. KEAM admission data from 2020 showed that Mount Zion Medical College, Pathanamthitta accepted students with a last rank of 6997 and NEET score of 533 which stands close to your NEET score. The Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences in Ernakulam also accepted students with a last rank of 7650 based on their 524 NEET score. The admission stats mentioned here could change because the ongoing application procedures might use different cutoff scores.

There is high chances of not getting any seat in any government colleges for MBBS if you belongs to general category.Even with OBC/EWS there is no any chances, But if you belongs to SC/ST and also there is some state quota then there is very few chances to getting a seat.
