Yes, it is mandatory for an Indian student to submit NEET scores. Although ASMU does not require the scores but as per the National Medical Commission of India (NMC) guidelines, students need NEET scores to practice medicine in India after completing the degree.

For admission to the MBBS course at Jamia Hamdard, candidates must have a valid NEET score. Based on the 2023 seat allotment, the closing rank for General category candidates in Round 1 was 56,658, while the last round closing rank reached 59,571. Only students with a NEET score within this range are eligible to participate in Jamia Hamdard's MBBS admissions under the All India Quota.

Since cutoffs are typically higher, it may be difficult to get an MBBS seat at a government college with a NEET score of about 460. However, you may have opportunities at private medical colleges, depends on your category & state quota. For BAMS the cutoffs are lower than the MBBS, so the chances are significantly better.

Tbilisi State Medical University does not require NEET scores for the admission. However, an Indian student may require the scores for the licence process or visa application. Visit the Georgian embassy for more details.

With a NEET score off 451 your chances off getting am MBBS seat via the All India Quota in a government college or quiet low for the general categeroy as cutoff are usaually higher. However, you may have better chances under state quota seats in private universities.

With 340 marks in NEET 2025, and being a Scheduled Caste (SC) candidate it's possible, but not guaranteed, to secure a seat in a goverment medical college especially through the state quota the cutoffs vary significantly based on the state and the specific colleges.
