As per the available information, getting an admission to BSc in Nursing at Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), BHU without a valid NEET UG score in not possible. The seat allotment is strictly done through the counselling based on the NEET UG scores secured by the applicants. Hence, it is mandatory for the applicants to not only appear in the exam, but also to clear the required NEET UG cut-off for BSc admission. Further, candidates must also meet the course-specific eligibility criteria before applying.

There are various colleges in which you can get admitted for B.Sc Nursing with a fee of under 6 lakh that I can get with 75 marks in NEET, for ex.:Laxmi Bai Batra College of Nursing. Various colleges in India do not require a rank in the NEET exam to secure admission to BSc Nursing. Some of these are:

Well ! It's difficult to take admission through state quota or All India quota as your marks is 130 which is quite low. But you can go for Management quota, just contact the college and discuus. You may get the admission through management quota.

Definitely yes. To get admission in BHMS in India, 370 is good enough marks. One can even get admitted with only qualifying marks if belongs to Maharashtra.
