To be eligible for NEET, candidates must fulfil criteria set by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For eligibility in NEET, you must have at least 50% aggregate marks in your 12th board examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in case you are a candidate from the general category. However, if you fall under the reserved category SC/ST/OBC then the minimum percentage required is 40%. You would score 45 in Physics, 48 in Chemistry, and 46 in Biology. Your PCB percentage comes out to be less than 50%, which puts you out of the contention list for NEET unless you belong to some sort of reserved category.

With 484 marks in NEET, you have every chance to get admission in an MBBS college; however, this is possible only depending on category: General, SC, ST, or OBC. The cut-off mark varies from year to year and college to college.

A candidate with 380 marks in NEET may find admission to BDS programs challenging but not impossible. The cut-off marks for BDS will vary by college, category (General, OBC, SC/ST), and no. of applicants. Cutoff marks for BDS for the government college can be even above 500-600 or more, in general.

With a NEET score between 180-197 in the PWD category, you may still stand some chances for MBBS though again it depends on the cut-off for that year. The PWD category will have a lower cutoff when compared to general categories and hence you may find it better opportunities in government colleges through reserved seats. In competition, you may struggle in getting a seat in premier medical colleges. Check out previous year PWD category cut-off trends for clarity. You can also opt for private colleges, where cutoffs might be slightly different.
