Hi Greetings,

'With 505 marks in NEET and an OBC category, you have a reasonable chance of securing admission to a government BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) college, but it depends on the cutoff for that particular year and college.

'Typically, government BUMS colleges have varying cutoffs based on the state and the number of applicants. For instance':

1. 'For All India Quota (AIQ): The cutoff for BUMS may vary, but for OBC candidates, it could be around 480–510 marks in recent years.

2. 'For State Quota: State-specific cutoffs may be lower, and your chances improve based on your state's BUMS college rankings'.

Hello Everyone,

"With 418 in NEET 2024, securing a government MBBS seat in Bihar may be challenging for the General category, as cut-offs are typically higher.

'However, for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), you may have a chance as their cut-offs are lower'.

Semi-government colleges or state quota seats could also be options. Check the Bihar NEET cut-off trends and consult the BCECEB website for accurate updates.

Hope it will help to get what you are looking for.

Thank you so much!

Hello Everyone,

'With 384 in NEET, government MBBS colleges may be out of reach, but private institutions like Vydehi, Mahadevappa Rampure, and Kanachur offer options with fees around ?7-10 Lacs annually. Scholarships or state quota seats can help reduce costs.

'Explore colleges in your state, like West Bengal, to save on additional expenses. Use NEET college predictors or consult counselors for tailored guidance based on your budget and preferences.

'Don't forget to visit the official website for more detailed information.

With this score, 461 in NEET exam keeping in mind OBC category, you have a good chance of getting into a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) programme at different colleges. However, the admission is going to depend on factors like state quota, cut-off trends, and number of seats reserved in each colleges.

With this score, you are likely to secure a seat in BDS at several state government and private dental colleges, especially in states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. If you're aiming for top colleges, you might need to prepare for slightly higher cut-offs, but the OBC reservation could help you.

The minimum score depends on several factors, including the number of seats available at different institutions, the difficulty of the exam, and the number and complexity of the questions.

Yes, there may be possibilities for your daughter in the NEET exam, depending on the category-wise cut-off and other factors:

Cut-off: The cut-off for the SC category in NEET 2024 is 161–127.

Category rank: The category rank is important during the counseling process and option entry stage. It's the rank you scored in your category, such as SC, OBC, ST, or General.

Tie-breaker criteria: The NTA uses tie-breaker criteria to allot different ranks to candidates who have the same marks. These criteria include the number of incorrect answers, the number of correct answers in physics, and the application number.
